The clock said 7:12 am, the Scriptures for today are Psalm 7:12 and Proverbs 7:12. Let's see what God has for us today. Psalm 7:12 NKJV: If he does not turn back, He will sharpen His sword; He bends His bow and makes it ready.
Proverbs 7:12 NKJV: At times she was outside, at times in the open square, Lurking at every corner. Psalm 7:12 warns us that if a person does not turn back to God, His sword is sharpened and His bow is bent. God’s patience is great, but His justice is certain. The call is urgent: repent before judgment falls. Proverbs 7:12 describes temptation as something constantly roaming, showing up in the streets and at every corner. Sin doesn’t rest, it waits for us to drop our guard. This verse reminds us that vigilance is necessary because the enemy prowls continually. Lesson For Today Repentance is the key to escaping judgment, and watchfulness is the key to avoiding temptation. God calls us to stay alert, turn from sin, and keep our hearts aligned with Him. His mercy is available, but His justice is real. Prayer “Father, I repent of every sin and turn my heart back to You. Forgive me for times I have let temptation draw me away. Strengthen me to walk in watchfulness and wisdom, and keep me safe under Your mercy and protection. In Jesus’ name, Amen.” Comments are closed.
