It is unbelievable to me how many Christian men and women, especially those in ministry and Christian fathers, do not have life insurance. Saints of God, in the Spirit you are covered by the Blood of Jesus, and this is good. But in the natural, if you are not covered by life insurance, this is bad. I don't know why I am surprised, but I had no idea that there are so many misinformed Christians who believe that carrying life insurance or any type of insurance is a sign of a lack of faith in God to provide! Maybe it's because the Bible doesn't exactly come out and say, "thou shalt get some life insurance to take care of your family."
It is unbelievable to me how many Christian men and women, especially those in ministry and Christian fathers, do not have life insurance. Saints of God, in the Spirit you are covered by the Blood of Jesus, and this is good. But in the natural, if you are not covered by life insurance, this is bad. If you have dependents, you need life insurance. If you are single, you need life insurance. Sadly, in today’s microwave, fast-paced society, planning for the future is an afterthought. "I don’t have time today," many say. "I’ll do it tomorrow," many say. Whatever we can get by without taking care of, we do without a thought about tomorrow. Although Scripture tells us in Proverbs 6:6-8, "Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest." Purchasing life insurance is a tangible, practical way to show your family that you love and care about their wellbeing more than yourself. Some people think life insurance coverage is too expensive, and I agree, some cash value policies can be very expensive. But take a look at your spending for the past month, and you might find some money there to cover the cost of properly protecting your family. Depending on your age and the type of policy you choose, the cost of income protection for your family could be lower than a week’s worth of Starbucks and eating out. Try it and see. Write down your spending habits, and you will see that there are numerous things you can do to make sure you have enough money to be able to care for your family’s future. The Bible tells us in 1 Timothy 5:8 that those who do not provide for their family are worse than unbelievers. Life insurance is meant to provide money to your loved ones when you die. Beloved, it is truly arrogant to think that we will live past today. No one knows whether God has ordained today to be our last day on earth. The thought may give you the heebie-jeebies, but none of us came here to stay, so you must ask yourself, "If I were to die today, will my family be provided for?" I am an income protection specialist, and a Christian. I’ve been a Christian since I was a teen, and I preach and teach God’s Word. I became an income protection specialist, because I know the devastation of having a loved one pass on without coverage or not enough coverage. I’ve seen firsthand the devastation and hopelessness generational poverty can have on an entire family. I have reached out to several people who have told me that they do not have life insurance and have never even considered life insurance before. Some say they know they need to get it, and then they avoid the calls to get this important need taken care of. Almost 70% of households will feel the financial impact of the loss of the primary wage earner within two years, and more than half of those will feel the impact within six months. This is because they either don't have coverage or don't have enough coverage. People don’t plan to fail; they fail to plan. If you are thinking about getting life insurance, I want to caution you to run away from whole life insurance, universal life and policies with cash value and get term-life instead. if you want to know why, reach out to me for a consultation and I will explain. So let me ask you, with all the evil in the world today, do you truly believe you can put off getting income protection any longer? I am so sincere. If you have questions or need to get coverage or want me and my team to speak with a loved one on your behalf, to your family as a whole, to your church, reach out to me. Schedule a consultation, let’s talk. https://calendly.com/angelinelwilliams |
