Today’s passages bring a sober reminder of both God’s mercy and the danger of foolishness. In Psalm 9, David cries out for deliverance from enemies and praises the Lord who rescues him from the edge of destruction. Proverbs warns us against the voice of folly: loud, reckless, and empty. Together, they call us to seek God’s mercy and choose wisdom over the noisy distractions of foolishness.
Today’s Word is a reminder that seeking God anchors us in His presence, and true understanding flows only from Him. Let's see what God has to say...
This morning’s Word brought me to Psalm 4:3 and Proverbs 4:3. Let's see what God has to say to us....

The clock said 2:07 am. The Scriptures for today are:
Psalm 2:07: “I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.” Proverbs 2:07: “He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly;” I woke up this morning at 5:25 am. The Scriptures for today are: Psalm 5:2, 5 and Proverbs 5:2, 5.
This morning my eyes opened at 7:16 am. As I thanked Abba Father for waking me this morning, the Spirit directed me to Psalm 7:16 and Proverbs 7:16. These two verses, though very different, speak a sobering truth. Let’s see what it is…

The clock said 6:06 am. Today’s verses are Psalm 6:6 and Proverbs 6:6. What a contrast these two passages reveal: one shows the depth of human weariness and tears, and the other points to diligence, wisdom, and steady perseverance. His Word, when kept in our hearts, adds life, length of days, and peace to our journey. Let's read...
At 4:48 am, I woke again, and today’s verses are Psalm 4:4–8 and Proverbs 4:4–8. In these passages, God speaks of resting in His peace, meditating on His Word, and treasuring wisdom above all else. Even the timing of this Word reminds us that God orders our steps and desires to fill our days with His wisdom and peace. Let's read...
This morning at 3:05 am, the Lord woke me, and the Holy Spirit directed me to read Psalm 30:5 and then “see what Proverbs says” at Proverbs 30:5. What a reminder that God’s Word is alive and precise, meeting us exactly where we are—even by the numbers on a clock! Today’s passages speak of His favor, His joy, and the purity of His Word that shields us when we put our trust in Him. Let's read...
I was asked: “how many times should I pray the same prayer?” “When we repeat prayers, are we praying ‘vain repetitions?’ “Is this an example not having faith?”
The world will tell you that things and people will bring you happiness, so seek after happiness. Many individuals spend their lives searching for their ideal partner, pursuing material possessions such as a large house or an expensive car, with the hope that these possessions will bring them happiness. This is especially true for those who grew up without these things.

On August 25th, 2025, Holy Spirit instructed me to read a scripture each day corresponding to the time on the clock when I wake up and from the book of Psalm and Proverbs. I will keep going and post the passages "TODAY'S WORD" until Father tells me to stop.
This is a great way to get in morning meditation. I hope you will follow along with me... I'm excited about what God is going to do with this. Blog Post Categories
